Member of the Benelux Management Team
Sparring partner to the Cluster MD
Budgeting/Forecasting
Reporting
Sales Controlling
Monitoring and steering the company’s financial resources and KPIs
Focus on profitability
Ensure cost transparency
Opportunity and risk management
Communication with BU and corporate headquarters regarding the financials and other topics
Support in development of company strategy
Prepare discussions on entrepreneurial initiatives and support the decision-making process with robust analyses
Reinforcement of Group internal controls

Scope

Benelux Cluster
Two legal entities (Belgium, Netherlands)

4-5 direct reports

Requirements

Experience in leading projects
People management experience
Experience in Controlling
Strategic thinking
Change management experience
Experience with working in matrix organisations
Microsoft proficient
Presentation skills
Fluent in English
Bilingual (Dutch + French a plus)
High business orientation and entrepreneurial drive.
